Exercise

Exercise is known to improve overall health.  Moving even a little everyday is better than being sedentary.  It is good to have a good workout routine everyday not to just improve physical health but mental health as well.

Exercise is one of the main solutions in reducing stress.  People are recommended to get about 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per week.

With exercise, you do not even need to go to the gym, you can work with anything you have at home. You can use some weights such as water jugs and a bag with books in it.  It is also good to just go out and have a walk outside and if you want to go harder you can go for a run or jog around your neighborhood. 

The more exercise you do the more healthier you get.  Exercise paired with a good nutrition guideline is sure to improve your mental health.  With exercise, you do not even need to go to the gym, you can work with anything you have at home.
