Why is mental health important?
Our Mental Health is one, if not the most, important thing in our life. Mental health includes our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. Our mental health affects how we live our daily lives. It affects our thinking, decision making, and how we handle stress. It is important as students that we maintain good mental health throughout our university life.
Some might say that mental health is more vital to our lives than physical health. While finding a way to improve mental health is different for everyone, the main ways include organization and planning, nutrition, and exercise.
